Everywhere I look I see lots of previews for the upcoming The Super Mario Movie that's gonna debut in theaters April 5th and I think this is gonna be the hit animated movie of 2023 judging by how much promotion it's getting. What I think will make it a smash hit is having Chris Pratt providing Mario's voice which I found odd because when you look at the general picture Chris Pratt is best known for voicing animated characters in movies such as Barley Lightfoot in Disney's Onward and Emmet Brickowski in The Lego Movie series and now with The Super Mario Movie I think Nintendo will try to offer Chris Pratt a huge deal to become Mario's voice in the Mario games as well. But I still think it will be a huge hit

What I think will happen with The Super Mario Movie is that it will score huge audiences at the box office and the sales of Mario games will plummet big time and more people will buy Mario games than ever before. This is also history for Nintendo because this is the first animated Super Mario movie ever and people who expected the live action Super Mario Bros movie with the late Dennis Hopper will see something different and a different side to Mario that we never have seen before
