Does anybody know how I can convert a bmp file to jpg? I used paint but it comes out really blurry, anybody know?

Hmm...I use paint all the time and it comes out fine. Wish I could help.

That happens to me sometimes too but I haven't found a way to fix it either.

I'm not sure if this would change a bmp to a jpg file, but sometimes I use the zoom in and zoom out function to clear up some of the blurriness. It works some of the time.
