THE NEW MONKEES complete set on dvd

if u recall in the 1980s they played the classic MONKEES show on mtv a lot, and they became big again
so they decided to do a national search for THE NEW MONKEES

big publicity campaign, they put out a CD that flopped

the show bombed too, and lasted only 13 episodes never to be seen again
i finally got the whole set, all 13 eps on dvd

and yes, the is still as awful now as it was 20 years ago....

I almost hesitate to admit that the CD that was released along with this show is still one of my favorite albums from my youth. The music is decent considering the era it came from. The show, on the other hand, was bad.
