well, i hope he's the one who murdered danielle cuz i was reading an article on that link that said there wasn't any evidence on danielle but on him. but if he is, then he deserves the death penalty. i dunno, maybe the death penalty's too nice for killing, and maybe sexually assaulting, a child.

I've seen parts of it. Is it still going on or are they still on the closing arguements? I definitely think that guy did it.

The closing arguments are finished. Westerfield was found guilty on all charges yesterday. Next week, the jury will decide whether he should be executed or put into prison for life without parole. I hope he gets executed. It would take almost a decade for that to happen if he is sentenced to death. And get this: I live twenty to twenty-five minutes from his old home.

where in San Diego do you live? I live 25 min. or so away from his old house too, but in La Jolla, not very close to Poway/Sabre Springs.
