Were the "That Girl!" cold opens always tied to the rest of the episode in some way, or were some of them standalone gags?

Seems like it was a mixture. Sometimes it was and sometimes it was not. I can only remember once or twice that the term "That Girl" was not used. Very rare for it not to be.
