What is your favorite Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour episode? I would say mine is Lucy meets Tulullah Bankhead. This one was just a laugh riot from beginning to end for me. I'm actually happy that Bette Davis had to back out of this and they got Tullu. I don't think Davis would have been as funny.

My runner up would be "Lucy Hunts for uranium" with Fred MacMurray. I really digged all the location shooting on this one.

My favorite was also the Tallulah Bankhead episode. I don't think I laughed harder during any other Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour.

Definitely the Tallulah Bankhead episode! Too bad she didnt do more comedy.

I love the first one, with Ann Sothern and Rudy Vallee.

The first one, for many reasons. I love Ann Southern and I thought the drunk scene with her and Lucy was just great. Also I loved to the see the first meeting between Lucy and Ricky. And finally I believe that the dynamic between Lucy and Ricky had changed by the time the Comedy Hours started, and there was no evidence of that in this episode. It was completely different than all of the other Hours because it took place 20 years earlier when everything was fresh and new.

Yes. I forgot about the Ann Sothern one and their drunk scene was funny!! (Tallulah Bankhead one is still my fave though).
Does anyone remember the drunk scene that Lucy and Ann did in the Lucy Show as Lucy Carmichael and the Countess. I think it was at a wine tasting party. That was a good one too!

Lucy and Ann took sleeping pills together and then tried to stay awake on The Ann Sothern Show. That was good too.

my favorites are... Lucy Hunts Uranium, Lucy Meets Tallulah Bankhead, Lucy Wins a Race horse, Lucy Wabnts a career, and Lucy Takes a Cruise to Havana :) I know I like them all but those are my very favorites :)

I like when she went to Japan, but I LOVE the one where she stars on the morning show.

What's the matter with you people, the Danny Thomas one where they wind up in court with her and the pantomine with Gale Gordon as the judge. When she moves his chair and takes the toaster but leaves him the toast but tells him the crumbs are bad for the rug, and my favorite scene where she's sitting on the bed and he's nuzzling her as he thinks it's his wife and his wife walks in. The looks on her face are priceless!
