I heard that in the 90's ABC was gonna end their relationship with Indy Car Racing and that NBC was gonna sign an exclusive deal to air Indy Car Racing and the last I heard it never happened and in the 2000's Indy Car Racing got sold to Spike TV and NBC never got the rights to broadcast Indy Car Racing. If NBC got the exclusive deal with Indy Car Racing some of the ABC Indy Car announcers would've moved to NBC along with the races too
Why did NBC choose not to go through the deal after all in the 90's?
