Ernest who played Roger on What's Happening was in Malcolm X as one of the muslims who was running with Denzel Washington's character. He was Elijah Muhammad's son. He was also in the old movie A Piece Of The Action with Sidney Poitier & Bill Cosby. He was one of those misfits of high school kids who Sidney was trying to teach. Black beautiful actress Sheryl Lee Ralph was also in this movie who's played on Moesha as Brandy's stepmother.

I also saw him on a old episode of the Steve Harvey Show as the preacher at Jordan's funeral who was Regina's husband.

I saw Roger yesterday on a old episode of the Steve Harvey show when Cedric & Levita got married, Roger was the pastor who married them.

Raj was also on an episode of Martin playing an african prince trying to get with Gina. He did that corny laugh he use to do.

It's funny but I have to take a second look when I see him because I'm used to him wearing those glasses. Before Anthony Anderson got cancelled Ernest popped up on his show. Can't remember what he played though. I liked that show, I'm gonna miss it.
