In the fourth season, Stan got married, but I don't think his wife was ever mentioned again.

I know early in the series, Stan married Chrissy, a much younger woman. That wife, it was mentioned that she had left him, but his next wife, was she ever mentioned again?

In the fourth season, there was a transition of writers. The main writers from years 1 - 4, it was their last year, and new writers came in. The writer who wrote that episode, it was the last episode she wrote.

In the christmas episode where the girls give out food to the poor(this was an amazing episode, I LOVE it when dorthy says i can't believe a grown woman would do something blah blah, and then she says but i did it anyways:lol:) And stan says that she threw him out. But then at the end she says she'd take him back.)

Now that you mention it, I do remember that Christmas episode.

But, I don't think it was mentioned that they got divorced. They would have gotten divorced, because in season six, Dorothy and Stan almost got married again.

Just a little note, Katherine was played by FATHER KNOWS BEST's Elinor Donahue (Betty Anderson). I had NO IDEA she was on GG. I follow both shows, and when I saw the episode "Stan Takes A Wife" or whatever, for the 50th time the woman that played Katherine (I had no idea who played her a the time) looked so darn familiar, and only today did I realize it was Elinor Donahue.

Just a fun little fact. I probably would've noticed this years ago if Lifetime doesn't smush the credits and run them so darn fast!
