Nope, in its last season it was tied for 30th with "In The Heat of the Night".

I think the reason why GG fell to #30 it's last season was because NBC moved the show to 8:00pm when it had been at 9:00pm for 6 seasons. Plus it was an adult show moved into a family time slot.

The show was certainly as good as ever during the 7th Season. :)

The 7th season was just as good as all the rest. The time slot thing must have been the reason it dropped to number 30. When you move a show that has been in the same spot for 6 years it's only logical that it would lose ratings. Either way staying in the top 30 for 7 years is really good.
