Were there any products from the show's sponsors featured?

In the episode of the soup billboard (where Gilbert goads Beaver into climbing up the billboard to see the soap bowl full of soup), a box in the cupboard says Moms with a picture of pancakes. Was Moms an actual brand in the early 1960s or was that a generic brand made for the show?

No shortage of vehicles, that's for sure!

ISTR a box of Corn Flakes with the printing covered up, but at least part of the rooster showing.

From what I understand there isn't much product placement on TV, but tons in the movies. I am not sure why that is, but I noticed it early on. TV has generic type products, while the movies have the actual brand name. I remember noticing the brand of dog food in the movie, Beethoven when it first came out. It was Eukanuba. Then I paid attention when watching TV v movies.

Rare in LITB….but one episode (I think it was Eddie’s Double Cross) clearly had the General Electric (GE) logo showing in the drugstore when Wally overheard the girls’ conversation. GE was a sponsor in Season 4, no?

I think that was a display for flashbulbs if I'm not mistaken.

In my book, "The World Famous Beaverpedia," I have an entire chapter dedicated to all the brands seen or mentioned in the show, some real, some not. I'd have to look at my chapter, but off the top of my head, I think Chex cereals are show three times, Rice and Wheat.

I'm sure I missed a few, but I did get most of all brands mentioned. :)
