Back to St. Oloaf- Betty white and Harould Gould star in back to st. oloaf. Rose Marries Miles and they move to St. Oloaf. while living there miles gets to meet all the characters and see all the situations that rose described in her stories. Miles can't beleive his eyes most of the time. He never took the stories TOO seriusly but now he know they weren't fiction.

might I suggest a spell check...
It's St. Olaf
their, not there
believe, not beleive
and seriously, not seriusly
It helps make things easier to read when you spell correctly...;)

Hi GoldenGuy,
I like the one about Shady Pines with Estelle Getty... That would be funny
By the way jayman75 give GoldenGuy a break... What are you the spell check police????? :p

I never saw any evidence on GG that Miles doubted the St. Olaf stories were true. He seems to be the one person of significance in Rose's life who enjoys them.
But I totally second the concept of having them travel to St. Olaf together. I could see it being important to her to have him get to know that part of who she is. And remember, they've gone to a lot of college functions where she doesn't fit in, and he invited her back to Chicago to "clean up his affairs." So it's only fair.
Miles would surely want to go to Mt. Pushover, (described by Rose in "Pope's Ring" as "St. Olaf's most romantic outdoor trysting place" - where she once went with Charlie. And Miles hangs on every word, beaming, even though it's a story about Rose with a past husband.)
And I keep having the following additional idea, which could be a plot-line:
In St. Olaf, Miles would be worshipped as a god.

How about a Spin-off where Miles and Rose are Married.
