While ET might propose to reach out to Mindy Kaling's team about allegations made about her onset behavior, she previously issued an apology after some of her cast members came forward with her own accusations against Kaling. Meanwhile, the rest of the other cast members have slammed their proposed docuseries. "This is another [trash emoji]," as few commented.
So, here's this biggest revelation from this show:
Prior to joining The Mindy Project as a main actress, Kaling reportedly had a reputation for "being difficult." She has been claimed as "another narcissist" and "if there was ever also a threat to [her character's] attention, that caused conflict too."
Other complaints revealed that:
* They had "trouble with" on The Mindy Project with Kaling.
* There was always some fights between them. Sometimes. Many knew and many saw it.
* They sometimes hated each other but at the same time, respected each other's talent, before alleging that they got temporarily let go from the show after complaining about it to the production.
The rest speak out about Kaling's alleged onset behavior and recalled an interaction they had with her during a break in filming. Right after they had filmed that scene and obviously there was lunch, someone was like, "You should come by. All the cast members will probably sit down." and "I was like, 'Alright cool.'" They were there maybe 10 or more minutes and then they got pulled by somebody on set.
"They were like, 'Hey, can I talk to you for a minute?' And they were like, 'Yeah sure.' So, she goes, 'Somebody specifically at the table doesn't want you sitting there,'" They continued. "And they were like, 'What?' So, she was like, 'I'm really sorry about that. It's not about you. It's just the person there still doesn't feel like you belong with the rest of the group.'"
Eventually, the actor believed it was Kaling. "They took a guess and said, 'Mindy?' She goes, [showing a wincing face and then nods]. Like, wow, they really just got pulled because, like, of my status on the show. We've never really experienced anything like that, even in a hospital workplace setting."
