Both parent and spin-off sitcoms lasted 11 seasons and won a bunch of Emmys. My vote is Frasier, its first six seasons especially are usually top notch.

Both classic, wonderful shows, but my vote goes to Frasier, as I loved the relationship between Frasier and his brother Niles, as well as with their Dad.
