Today i was readin the bestest book The book of lists for kids [haha i hate readin thats the only book i like] and i thot this was intrestingful. its ghosts that have been seen in the white house

1. The ghost of abigail adams, wife of john adams, who was the 2nd presedent, has been seen in the east room where she used to hang laundry

2. Andrew jackson has occasionally haunted the white house

3. Thomas jefferson has been heard playin his violin

4. Eleanor roosevelt's maid claims to have seen abraham lincoln's ghost. Rumor has it that just b4 something awful happens in the country, lincoln shows up and paces the floors of the mansion

5. The ghost of dolly madison, wife of the 4th president, james madison, shows up each year at the white house to see the roses she planted long ago [wouldnt they be dead by now? lol]

6. The ghost of an old janitor has been seen roaming the halls, dusting

7. The ghost of the original owner of the land on which the white house is built is occasionally heard [but never seen] greeting white house guests. [that would be funny]

I'ma have to use it again! Anyways, yeah, those kind of stories intrigue me so much.
