Are the City Data and Wiki links really necessary?

1988-89 are my least favorites.

I pick 1985 because it was a year of absences.

Tanya Tucker-"One Love At A Time" which began her comeback to the country radio top ten was not released until 1986.

Steve Sanders-He did not become a member of the Oak Ridge Boys until the spring of 1987. During 1985, he was still just the group's rhythm guitar player.

Billy Joe Royal-"Burned Like A Rocket" was removed from the radio after the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster in January of 1986. Right then was when the song entered the top ten making it Billy Joe's first top ten song since his song named "Down In The Boondocks" which got as far as #9 in 1965.

Northern Calloway-Sadly because of an arrest that took place in his life a few years earlier, he was not able to be included in the film named Follow That Bird due to his inability to travel to where the movie was filmed. For those who don't know of the film, it is about the characters of the Sesame Street children's show and Northern's character, David, inherited Mr. Hooper's store after Mr. H.'s passing took place. Follow That Bird included singing from the human cast members and because Northern didn't get to be in the film, his voice was most definitely nowhere to be found in the film.

God bless you and Tanya always!!!

Holly (a fan of her since 1991)

P.S. Sadly, the three gentlemen that I speak of here did their riding off into the sunset years ago. I miss all three of them so very much. :( :( :(
