This may have been covered but what shows do you know started as a segment on Love American Style?
I know of Happy Days, and Wait til Your Father gets Home. Oddly enough both staring Tom Bosley.
There's got to be more than those 2.
They had several spin-off attempts which aired as Love, American Style segments.
According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love,_American_Style):
The series was also flexible enough to include repurposed pilots that had already failed or been retooled. One first-season example was "Love and the Good Deal," which was actually the original, unaired pilot for the sitcom adaptation of the Neil Simon play and movie Barefoot in the Park, with a different cast than the series.
The installments of Barefoot in the Park were rerun as episodes of Love, American Style in syndication. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barefoot_in_the_Park_(TV_series)

God Bless Mr. Ferguson was an ABC pilot which aired on October 29, 1971. It was a spin-off of the segment entitled "Love and the Young Unmarrieds." It starred John McMartin and Mary Ann Mobley.
Melvin Danger, Private Eye was an animated pilot for Hanna-Barbera. Richard Dawson provided the voice. It aired as the "Love and the Private Eye" segment on January 28, 1972. It was just two weeks before "Love and the Old-Fashioned Father" aired, which was the pilot for Wait Till Your Father Gets Home. ABC passed on both pilots, but Wait Till Your Father Gets Home aired in first-run syndication for three seasons.

That's pretty amazing considering all the possibilities there were from that show.
What other segments do you think would have made good spinoffs?

For me, I would have to re-watch the show to have an answer. I just know there were many possibilities based on the longevity of the program.
