I like Young Sheldon a lot more than Big Bang Theory. I was a very casual watcher of Big Bang and didnt (and have not) seen the series finale.

Young Sheldon I have loved from the beginning, although I think the series is losing some steam and it should end after next season (the show will have to kill George Senior sometimes and the kids who play Sheldon and Missy are teenagers.

I like the actor who plays Young Sheldon and he does a good job but I can see that the Young Sheldon and the "Old" Sheldon are diverging from each other. The Young Sheldon is actually a good, friendly child who is somewhat socialble. Old Sheldon is not so good, and a jerk although he does have redeeming qualities.

But it has been a fun ride and many of the episodes, especially the older ones are worthy of being watched over and over again and can see the series being on reruns somewhere in thirty years.
