Basically, you never seem to hear anyone really talking about it (https://web.archive.org/web/20140402220152/http://forums.televisionwithoutpity.com/topic/3150574-rules-of-engagement-what-does-puddys-jacket-predict/?view=getnewpost) when they talk about sitcoms that they enjoyed. It just kind of goes under the radar.
