I average 64 wpm. Score 322. I took typing class in Jr. High School. Little did I know how it would come in handy years later!

I never really learned and basically employ my own technique. Like most everyone else, I am basically on a computer keyboard or a phone keyboard literally everyday, and I have gotten to the point where I can mostly type with two fingers without looking at the keyboard, but make less mistakes if I do look at the keyboard. But I can be distracted by conversation and still type without looking, but make much more mistakes.

I am a big fan of Apple (except for their high prices, leftist politics and Chinese slave labor) and am using an Apple computer right now. However, I long lost or threw away that awful keyboard that came with the computer. Apple, your keyboard sucks!! It is small with thin keys. The people who designed the keyboard were going for a sleek, modern design and just failed. I use a manly keyboard which has hardly changed since the 1970's.
