Went blind after pouring tin foil & diamonds out of her eyes. I was really impressed by her when I was 14, as an adult you look back & think how stupid this segment was & when they slowed the footage down you could see her palming like magicians.

I am visualizing in my head that it's 1990. "Katie" is sitting around wondering how she can get on Unsolved Mysteries to have her 15 minutes of fame. Then the idea is born!

I will admit this segment was a low for UM. Hard to believe, because this segment was featured during the "classic" era when they weren't doing too much of these bogus phenomenons (magic rock being an exception).
