Hi, newbie here, starting a new project for DS and FoL.

I've recently got the complete FoL series on DVD, and I was browsing through season 1, and I noticed in the ep where SueAnn went on a starvation diet there was a cafeteria set, but it was noticeably different and smaller than the one from the later seasons.

Was this supposedly the same cafeteria we see in S2-4, or did Eastland have more than one eatery room on campus? :confused:

No, that was a completely different set. Once the show was retooled with a makeover for season 2, everything changed.

If you look closely you'll also notice that parts of the season 1 cafeteria set were also used for the gym, and Mr. Bradley's office!

It was a dormitory cafeteria. The dorm which Facts of Life used for their intro has it's own cafeteria as well.

I’ve always liked to think it’s a corner of the same cafeteria, but you don’t see it in seasons 2-4.

In seasons 2 through 4, there are no dorm cafeterias. There are dorms, and then there's the campus cafeteria, a separate building all its own with just rooms above it for "the help" (i.e., Mrs. G and our girls, lol).
