I Know I noticed that too, and there were already 4 pages of posts and I thought I was missing something, then I figured TJ added them from other boards. But Its great to have them organized into catorgories!

Yea it was nice for TJ, but I'm going to forget and I'm gonna have to check even more boards now. I rather have it the way we had before, so I could just check this one boards. I thought it wasn't as great a move. Sorry, just my thoughts.....

I'm gonna be the rooster of the hen-house right now I guess, but I like the new format. I think it makes it easier, personally.

now the only thing left for chit chat is random posts, post ur pic posts, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! posts. I find it pointless for the seperation but w/e.

Well.. I can tell you why I did it. There were too many 'random' posts, and people have requested seperate boards for these subjects for awhile. That was the feedback given to me.

Out of 5035 total Chit Chat topics, only 464 (10.85%) were on Movies, Music, or Sports.

With seperate boards for these topics, I expect fewer 'What's your favorite movie' or 'What's your favorite band?' type posts and longer discussions on them. It was easy for some topics to get lost in the shuffle because of all the randomness.

That's cool, TJ. Except... now what are we supposed to post here? lol.

Well ummm.. let's see.. school, fashion, family and friends, pets, politics, the weather, business, travel, cars, health issues, religion, the internet, books, food, shopping, computers, hobbies and other miscellaneous topics.

There are still plenty of topics that can be posted on Chit Chat. I'm sorry if it's like a major inconvenience to check multiple boards, that's not why I did it.

I like the seperate boards, WTG TJ....

I wasn't fond of it when I saw how TJ separated it, but now I think it will probably be easier. When I get online around 8, I have to wade through all the posts that were posted from around 2 a.m to 8 p.m. and that is a ton of posts to get through. At least now it will be a bit easier.

See, this is what will change because of the new boards: someone posts about a movie, you post a reply, you go back the next day and see other replies, you reply to those replies which might be very interesting to you and...all is well. On the old 'chit chat' only system, someone posts about a movie, you post a reply, 22 people post off topic stuff like "OMG I was going to see that movie but my friend Janet and I saw "Night of the Living Dead" instead. It sucked. Then we went shopping. Janet got some new shoes. They were really ugly but she liked them and she got mad at me for hateing them. Whatever! Janet! I got a really cool jacket but of course Janet had to tell me she hated it. I know she was lying just to get back at me though ...":( and on and on.
Next day you come back, and the movie post is buried somewhere on page three of the chit chat board, never to be seen again. :D
