Anyway, I first joined this board in November 2000 but got tired of the name and made this username...and er, never posted. I want to start posting again and get to know everyone on this board!

OK, I'm Marisa, I live in California too, I'm 13 and... umm..I love basically all the sitcoms they used to show on N@N before they turned evil..Three's Company, The Brady Bunch, FOL, Diff'rent Strokes, Family Ties, etc. I'm also big on Friends and Will & Grace and Everybody Loves Raymond. And, as everybody here knows but I will share it anyway, my biggest obsession is musical theatre.

Let's see, what else about me. My whole world revolves around Musical Theatre. I've been dancing since I was 2, studying voice since I was 10, and acting since I was born. ;) LOL. My top five favorite musicals include Chicago, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Side Show, Into the Woods, and Ragtime. I love most musicals, with exceptions such as Rent and Cats... and Moulin Rouge (I'd rather not get into it, we'll just leave it at the fact I don't like them).

My biggest mentors growing up were Ginger Rogers and Bebe Neuwirth. Um, Emily Skinner (Broadway actress) is another mentor... quite possibly one of the sweetest people I've ever met. :) My favorite Broadway divas include (aside from Bebe and Emily who are my top faves): Sutton Foster, Audra McDonald, Marin Mazzie, Belle Calaway, Ruthie Henshall, Bernadette Peters, Kerry O'Malley, and lots of others I'm sure I'm forgetting. My favorite Broadway men include Brian Stokes Mitchell, Gavin Creel (he's such a cutie!), Norm Lewis, Marc Kudish, and as I said, others I'm sure I can't think of at the moment.

As for TV shows, I've been completely obsessed with Cheers since I was little. LOL Frasier and Lilith are my favorite TV supercouple of all time! Chandler and Monica are my second favorite. I used to be obsessed with Friends, but it lost its touch where I'm concerned. I still watch, though. I also love Frasier (minus the numerous insults directed towards Lilith) and Will & Grace.

My favorite book and movie is "The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood." Saw the movie three times and have read the book. I love it because I can completely relate to Vivi. Everyone who knows me that has seen it says its remarkable how much she is like me. LOL! And... that is all. LOL

I love Ragtime!!! That musical has like the best songs! It's one of my mom's favorites too. I haven't seen Chicago, Side Show, or Thoroughly Modern Millie (I want to see that one though...I have the CD, and Sutton Foster is amazing), and as you know I'm obsessed with Into the Woods. I love all your favorite Broadway divas as well...Sutton, Marin, Ruthie, Bernadette and Kerry are all at the top of my list as well. ;)

Looks like I'm a bit late in on the action with this thread but what the hell!?

Hiya. My name's Lorna but I much prefer to be called Mossopp or L.J. I live near Helensburgh which is a boring wee town on the West coast of Scotland. I was born in 1982 - hence my love for all things 80's - which means I'll be hitting the big 20 this year :D I left school 2 years ago and since then I've been working full-time for a chartered accounting company.
I don't get a lot of spare time, except at weekends, so when I do get some time to myself I enjoy playing video games (I'm a Nintendo junkie - I still have my SNES from 1991!), watching TV (see my profile for my favourite shows cos I can't be arsed typing 'em all) and drinking (although I'm supposed to be on the wagon at the moment).
I collect DVD's cos I have a big interest in movies. I used to be really into music untill I realised that the stars in the movie biz are much better looking :lol: I'm still into music though, but I hate pop! I'm really into heavy stuff and I enjoy classic rock - you know, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Def Leppard, Ozzy... stuff like that. I also play the bass guitar, I have done since I was 14.
I'm a bit of a tomboy, I never wear girls clothes and you'll never see me in make-up. I'm 5ft5, 112lbs with blue eyes and short spikey hair. My hair is dark brown at the moment but the colour changes quite often! :D

My favorite celebrity is Paula Abdul.
