There was an episode in 1986(I think), where Tracey Gold had a guest spot as Missy's character's cousin or something, and introduced her to the whole "new" world of pre-adolescence, and tick's off the governor in the process. Does anybody know which one this was?

Wrong. It was in '85. Not '86. She played Katie's cousin in the episode "Katie's Cousin". Her character's name was Laura. It aired on 03/22/1985...
