View Full Version : Anybody Else's Twitter Messed Up? PaperClips 11-11-2022, 12:35 PM I'm getting bombarded with tweets. It's ridiculous. I don't even know these people. TJ 11-11-2022, 02:48 PM It only took the new owner a few weeks to screw things up. It's no wonder so many people are leaving in droves. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Maybe they changed the algorithm. They might be displaying people they think you might want to follow. It sounds like they are going to prioritize the people with blue checkmarks in the feeds and search. Caroline13 11-11-2022, 04:25 PM Ah, less is best in my scheme of life. I NEVER joined any of those Noises and now hearing more problems, what else is new? MA 11-11-2022, 07:48 PM Why is this under General Sitcoms News and Discussion? Shouldn’t this be in the Chit Chat board? AMackII 11-11-2022, 08:48 PM No opus 11-12-2022, 02:38 AM It only took the new owner a few weeks to screw things up. The Tweet world is useless, we can't eat tweets.....all the praying better get directed to the need for fuel to bring us our food.....I continue to hear it's getting worse and worse on the fuel shortages. Everyone Pray for Fuel 1960'sTVfan 11-12-2022, 04:34 PM On the subject of fuel, I recently found out that the gas company I use for gas service to heat my home raised their rates by 30 percent, this is an outrageous increase and means the price to heat my home will be noticeably higher this winter compared to last winter. All I can do is to set the thermostat at 70 degrees and keep it there, not set it any higher. If I set it below 70 degrees it starts to feel too cold in the house. On very cold days I usually set it at about 72 but because of the rate increase I'm going to try and just keep it at 70. I know my rates will be up and it's not winter yet....I'm more concerned about fuel for the trucks to get our food to us. Most here don't have an opinion...... PhoenixAcres 11-12-2022, 08:55 PM Please try to stay on topic guys. We're not interested in trivial matters like fuel shortages. (Feel free to make a new thread. ;)) I'm genuinely amused that Twitter has somehow managed to transform from a cesspool to a full-on dumpster fire. stevea 11-12-2022, 09:16 PM Please try to stay on topic guys. I was being sarcastic. :/ icecream 11-13-2022, 08:03 PM Twitter has always been a lousy site with a dumb layout, regardless of who owns it. |
