As in pissed off angry? Everyone is human and everyone has their breaking point including him? Has anyone ever seen and reported him angry and why and how did he act?

I don't know. I know he's been disappointed, though.

He did an episode on the show about anger. I don't remember what the story details were about, but I remember that it opened up with Mr. Rogers explaining to the kids at home that he was mad about something and then doing an entire show about it.
