Why isn't Facts Of Life on TNN??? It was a spin-off of Different Strokes which I like tremendously!!! If I was the programmers here is the scheulde I would come up with? 8:00 am to 9:00 am: Kids Say The Darndest Things 9:00 am to 10:00 am: Different Strokes 10:00 am to 11:00 am: Facts Of Life 11:00 am to 12:00 noon: Three's Company If anybody has any idea why Facts Of Life is not on TNN let me know, okay!!!

Well, the most obvious reason is that FOL is on Hallmark. Why it never went to TNN is beyond me. But thank god, because I too CANNOT STAND that ugly black bar. It doesn't bother me too much anymore...

Because the programmers at TNN are just like those idiots at N@N....:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Maybe it will go there once it's done on Hallmark. Happy Days went from Nick-at-Nite to Hallmark to TV Land, so it's possible that FOL could do a Nick-at-Nite to Hallmark to TNN bounce.

I dont care whether it goes to TNN or TVland...anything I would be grateful for since I dont get Hallmark

Maybe. I mean teh same thing is happening to Bewitched and IDOJ in 2003. They're moving to TVland nect year. I think if Hallmark was added as a basic cable channel like Lifetime, TBS, or TNT, then not as many people would be mad. I mean I was pretty mad to miss most of FOL's run on N@N and I didn't get to see or tape the fandemonium at all, but who knows. Just keep calling or e-mailing for Hallmark to expand.

I wouldn't like it if it was on TNN with the black bar, I don't think The Facts of Life would go onto the network anyway.

The Facts of Life isn't airing on TNN because it is now airing on The Hallmark Channel (formerly called Odyssey), Hallmark says FOL is a "permanant." So, I don't know if they're lying about it or if they really do plan to show Facts of Life permanantly. Look for "The Bervely Hillbillies," "The Lucy Show," "Mork & Mindy" making its way to Hallmark sometime during this coming up season.

I thought the black bar was annoying, but you should see how E! does its logo. I posted all about that somewhere on General, so I won't rant in this thread. That's a first. ;)

Not that I'm doubting you, but does anyone have a screencap from E! with it's logo, cause last time I saw E!, its logo was a clear transparent explanation point. I saw it last like 2 years ago, so it probably migth have changed, but is it that bad? LOL

I haven't watched E! since they cancelled "Talk Soup," except maybe twice because I have watched like two episodes of "The Last Call with Carson Daly." But I have seen the new logo and the bar at the bottom with the barking dog.

A screencap wouldn't work. I don't mind the news running across the bottom, but its the camera flashes and the dog barkings that annoy me to death.

A simple question calls for a simple answer. Here's the answer: The Facts of Life is currently on Hallmark. Hallmark probably has the EXCLUSIVE rights to the show. Now, wasn't that simple? ;) Feel free to call on me for programming questions (for sitcoms) that need to be answered.

We better be glad that FOL didn't go to TNN. That channel dropped 'Diff'rent Strokes' without warning. I would think FOL would get the same treatment.
