Do you kids find yourself humming. I do...

Research has shown humming to be much more than a self-soothing sound: it affects us on a physical level, reducing stress, inducing calmness, and enhancing sleep as well as lowering heart rate and blood pressure and producing powerful neurochemicals such as oxytocin, the “love” hormone.J

I;ve been hearing this tidbit on the radio lately and realized I hum a lot.

Q: Why do hummingbirds hum?

A: Because they don’t know the words.

Ah, I remebered the song I seem to hum a lot, How Deep Is Your Love, Bee Gees,,,love love love that group. Fresh brain this morning did it.

There is discussion out there on the value of humming. I just find myself humming, I don't plan it. All in all I am a content person in spite of the negatives we have been hit with and challenges many have.
