Why is it that TBS does NOT show the very last episode? Is there something special (or not) about this particular episode that they can't air it?

Please help me with this, it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they're only part way through the series so far. where did you find a schedule that goes far enough to tell you they arent showing the last ep? ive been looking for a schedule like that!

The TBS webpage has schedules through the end of October. And episode #38 is not listed. Go to the "schedule" part and there is a list of dates.

cool, thanks. maybe they'll just skip it once. maybe the second time around they'll skip a diff ep.

Got all of them so far, hope my luck holds out!

i was going through my eps trying to title them today and they showed the last ep already -- "call me irresponsible", the stolen vcr one. i was surprised, i dont remember seeing it listed as that ep.

They did show it? I have been going through my tapes and as far as I know I do have all the episodes that they have shown. Between what 2 episodes is it in?

lol, i couldnt tell you! Im sorry. After i record them, i put them on my hard drive to butn to cd. ive got 6 eps waiting to be transfered, so i dont know which was on when. :( its the one where henry went to jail for buying a vcr that was stolen. i havent watched it yet either. it may have aired up to 3 weeks ago, so if you've been recording them all, you must have it.

im still trying to decide to go by epguides.com order or what.

i am sorry! ive been looking at ep guides trying to figure out this stuff. epguides.com lists ep #38 call me irresponsible as the one where henry goes to jail for buying a stolen vcr. they have no listing for "one for you, one for me", the ep description is blank.

a different ep guide lists one for you, one for me as being the ep where henry buys the stolen vcr. is it possible this ep just has 2 different titles!

it's possible there is no 38th ep, and thats why tbs is not showing it, LOL.

this is too good. maybe somebody wrote an epguide a long time ago, and then everybody copied off them ^_^

using google search i did find a website that lists 37 episodes and said the info was taken from the library of congress copyright list or something. I think they would know :)

Not that it is a 100% accurate source, but Harry and Wally's Favorite TV Shows: A Fact-Filled Opinionated Guide to the Best and Worst on TV lists Bosom Buddies as having 37 episodes.

I believe that there are only 37 episodes. Here is how I came to that conclusion:

1) I watched that one episode that we were talking about the stolen vcr. That is "One For You, One For Me." Henry and Kip start to split things up in the apartment hence the title "One For You, One For Me" (don't quote me on that though).

2) TBS has been showing the episodes in PRODUCTION order rather than the order that they originally aired them. If you follow the rest of thier schedule they only have the 37 episodes and since they have not skipped any yet, I doubt that they would skip that very last episode.

3) I checked out TVGuide.com's episode guide for Bosom Buddies and they only have 37 episodes. Some other sites list the last episode as being shown in June or something.... I doubt it. It was last airred March 25, 1982- "Not The Last Picture Show."

Please don't quote me on any of this. I may be totally wrong. But my feeling is that there are truly only 37 Bosom episodes

im thinking you're totally right.
the ep just has 2 titles, and maybe it even reaired after the series was over for all we know. now im kind of bummed because at 3 eps per cd, that leaves ep #37 on a cd by itself. that really makes me feel wasteful. SIGH.
