William R. Moses and Denise Crosby Join "General Hospital" as Elizabeth’s Parents

William R. Moses (Falcon Crest) and Denise Crosby (Star Trek: The Next Generation, Suits) are joining the cast of "General Hospital", reports Soap Opera Digest.
They will portray Jeff and Carolyn Webber, Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) parents, who’ve been missing from the canvas for an extended period.
In the case of Liz’s mother, Carolyn has never appeared on the show but has been mentioned from time to time.
Richard Dean Anderson played the role of Jeff from 1976-1981.
