Matt Robinson, the original Gordon on the childrens show "Sesame Street" and a writer for the 1980's sitcom "The Cosby Show" died on Monday From Parkisons Disease, according to the AP. He was 65.

His daughter is Holly Robinson Peete from Hanging with Mr.Cooper, which also stared Raven Simone (Olivia) and most recently her own show "For Your Love."


This wanted to share this with my friends of "The Cosby Show."

He was A Gordon, but now THE Gordon. You know who I'm talking about, the clean head guy, man of the hour 57-year-old Roscoe Orman:

Hmmmm....Where did you get this? They didn't even spell Raven's name right! It's Raven-Symone not Raven Simone...it sounds sort of fake too.

I think there is more to the story also. I know medical people and you don't die from Parkinson's. Although Parkinson's can cause other things to go wrong with the body, it are those things that can cause death--not the Parkinson's itself.

THE Gordon is still there. A guy named Gordon in the early 70s died from the show.
