This is my first fan fiction I'm hoping to add more characters, and do a dream seqence episode where the girls head into buisness.

Life After The Facts a “Facts of Life” Spin-off (1988-1989)

Episode 1- (Fatal Romance)

Natalie: Look, what I’ve just received!
Tootie: *sighs* I don’t have time for it Nat (re-stocks)
Natalie: All these letters just keep coming at my door step.
Tootie: And your trying to tell me, who they’re from right?

(Beverly Ann walks in)

Beverly Ann: Maybe it’s your secret admirer. (Prepares lunch)
Natalie: Yeah, It could be my next story (looks up) “Un-identified mailed letter”
Jo: The only Identified object I see is Blair’s Head! Get out of my way; I’m trying to sweep the floor. (sweeps floor)
Blair: (rolls eyes, smiles) I can’t help it if I need ‘puff’.
Jo: You’re so lightheaded, that you could fly up in the air, or pop like a balloon or fall for head first to the ground.
Blair: (looks around) Funny, Jo, but I’m not falling for it.
Jo: Oh, you already did. (Laughs)
Tootie: We really got to find out who the mailer is, hey maybe it’s a guy from Bates, who’s trying to send you that letter!
Blair: You know I had something like this before; I was just waiting by my doorstep and all these letters…… (Pauses)
Jo: (whispers to herself) Beauty depts.
Blair: (Ignores Jo) and no it wasn’t a editor from a magazine asking me for to modal for them, it was some senior who was trying to pick me up, and he didn’t even have a credit card account!
Jo: No offense, but that’s real sad Blair, because I now some people who can’t even prounoce “therapy”.
Beverly Ann: He’s probably just eager enough, if you reply back.
Natalie: Doesn’t he know I’m just one person.
Tootie: Apparently not (looks through letters)
Natalie: I want to find out who this person is, but how do we find out?
Blair: (gazes up) We Warner’s, can achieve anything if we put our brilliant ideas to it.
Jo: (looks at Blair) and I know a psychiatrist that can help.
Natalie: You guys just think there is someone out there who wants me to be mine (looks dreamingly up)
Mrs. Garrett: Girls, help me un-pack, were going to go shopping!
Blair: First stop Bloomingdale’s!
Jo: *sighs heavily*

(At Mall)

Natalie: Look over there; look at that guy staring at me!
Tootie: *stares* you’re right, he just winked at me.
Natalie: Move over! I want to get a closer look!

(Man walks up)

Man: Do you happen to have an idea where I can find Bloomingdale’s; this place is just so big!

(Blair Walks)

Blair: Have we met before?
Man: I don’t think so.
Natalie: Well, aren’t you that man who sell Corndogs at the mall?
Blair: I really shouldn’t be saying this, but do you know you have the most sparkling eyes I’ve have ever seen, just mind them, they’re just friends of mine, and they have no idea of what the are talking about! (Smiles)
Natalie: *has a puzzled look on their face*
Blair: Bloomingdale’s is just right down there (points finger) they have an excellent selection, you know one day I was shopping and I found…….
Jo: Move over, Human shop-showcase, she’s just not her regular self today ya know, we all have bad days.
Man: Well, I suppose I better…..
Blair: Wait, here’s my number (smiles)

(Blair Talks with Man)
(Girls walk over to where Beverly Ann is standing)

Beverly Ann: Girls, let’s go!

(Girls head back to over our Heads)

Blair: I had the time of my life, could you guys help me with my bags?

*Tootie Walks over, drags bags across the floor and up to her room*

Natalie: I still have no idea who those letters are from!
Beverly Ann: (reads letter)Look what I found It’s a letter from your boyfriend, he has been trying to tell you all this time, and he’s trying to get a reply, and it says that they found out that he has a disease, and he’s in the hospital, the doctor doesn’t know if he’ll recover but……..
Natalie: Give me that letter (reads letter quietly) (starts to spill tears) (runs-off)
Beverly Ann: Girls, Natalie is dramatized from this event and we have to consider her feelings.

(All stand together in remorse)

I will be gone this weekend I'll probably post some more on Monday though, if I get around to it, thanks for the replys!

Natalie: *walks into her bedroom*
Beverly Ann: I know how It is to loose a friend, but we cant expect good things to always come.
Natalie: *ignores Beverly Ann*
Natalie: I just thought we had something special you know, I dont think I ever love anybody like this ever again.

(Jo walks to room)

(Everyone sits on Nats Bed)

Natalie: Hey Jo
Jo: Hi
Natalie: He still might live; does he have a chance at living?
Jo: I lost a good friend, of mine in the Bronx, he was old we hanged out together have a few rough spots here and there but I was on my Bike one day and we were seeing whether who could make a higher jump, his brakes when out-of-control, and his bike skidded and that was the end of him.
Natalie: Jo, I dont think Im going for a midlife crisis here, I think we have our life and death crisis.
Jo: Who said it was a midlife crisis, I didnt see any crisis.

(Natalie eyes Jo curiously)

Beverly Ann: There is no reason to get up-set he was thinking about you when he wrote that letter.

(Blair walks in to fix her hair)

Jo: Here comes princess haywire

(Ignores Jo)

Blair: What should I wear for Saturdays Evening Ball?
Jo: Road kill
Blair: *laughs sarcastically* seriously, what is there to you anyways? Anyways, which looks better on this side or on this side of me? (Changes positions)
Jo: neither, you dont have it here (points to Blairs head) but you do have it there (points to mouth)

(Tootie Rushes into their room)


Tootie: Is it all right if I close up shop?
Beverly Ann: Let me have a moment with Natalie first.
Beverly Ann: Natalie, he is going to be alright, there is no need to worry, and he isnt severely hurt.
Natalie: But my heart is, my heart is aching, my heart is pounding.
Jo: Natalie, youre giving me a headache.
Natalie: Can I visit him; I just want to see him. Just to see if hes alright, operative, alive, functioning, running.
Jo: Nat, youre giving me a recipe for making a robot.
Tootie: Nat, your okay were all here for you.
Beverly Ann: Yes, you can go visit him, I send the doctors a note.
Natalie: I guess Ill be right for the time being.

*commercial*

(Working at Over Our Heads)


Customer: Can you give me a list price for this?
Jo: Thats gonna be $49.99.
Customer: Are you crazy, I can break my back for that price. Im going to tell my chiropractor about this.
Jo: I tried. (looks hopelssly at Tootie *holds both hand in air, *shrugs*)

(Natalie Walks in)


Blair: How is it coming along, buddy! (shoots her elbow into the air)
Jo: Blair, can I ask you a question?
Blair: What? If its my new perfume.........
Jo: Yep, her finance salary just kicked-in
Tootie: Guess what Ive just found out! Natalie phoned me earlier this morning and she said he was going to be alright!
Blair: That great news, now I can get back to my regular self again.
Jo: Tell me something I dont want to here. (Looks at Blair in annoyance)
Tootie: I lost the key to your bike.
Jo: You what?
Tootie: *laughs in panic*
Jo: Im waiting for an answer..
Blair: Jo, Im sure she didnt do it on purpose it was an honest mistake.
Jo: Move Out of my way Ms. Welfare.
Tootie: I was looking for the key to my diary, I set It down when I turned around, I forgot where I put It.
Jo: Well, this is where I put my hands on someones face and..
Blair: Jo, Jo Im sure Natalie took it by accident, when she drove over to the hospital, she probably thought it was hers.

(Natalie Walks In)

Natalie: Hey guys! (*happy*)

Jo: Im going to swipe that smile off your face, if you dont tell me where that key is!
Natalie: What Key? I dont know what youre talking about?

(Tootie Looks at Natalie)

Natalie: Oh, that key I kind of broke that key while me and Tootie where closing up shop.

Jo: And, whats youre excuse

Natalie: I saved an extra one, here you go (Natalie hands Jo the spare)

Jo: Im real sorry for getting steamed at you; I know youre real sad about your boyfriend and all.
Natalie: I know, did Tootie Tell you the news, hes alright!
Jo: Thats great news, how can I make it up to you?
Beverly Ann: How about we go on a vacation!
Blair: Where? The Hamptons, Manhattan, perhaps Bloomingdales?
Jo: No, powder-puff
Beverly Ann: How bout we go visit Mrs. Garrett!
Girls: That be great!
