Hello,

What was the episode where the suspect said something in an interview like "and he nodded at me...Just the way you're nodding your head right now, he nodded his head?"

I feel the individual was in a white prison uniform and this has always stuck with me.

This is from the UM spin-off show, Final Appeal. The case of Paul Ferrell:

I wish the Final Appeal cases were streaming, especially the Jeffrey MacDonald one.

Thank you very much for your response. Is video from this episode available ANYWHERE? Same with Jeffrey MacDonald. Are the Final Appeals available for purchase anywhere?

Is the Ferrell episode the same that has a detective slam bullet casings down on the table during an interview?

The end of the MacDonald had a gentleman say "...and right now Jeffrey MacDonald is sitting in prison for a crime he didn't commit."

I watched this decades ago and haven't seen it since.

It is. Season 8, episode 1. Farina version. Paul Ferrell is season 5, episode 6.

To clarify, the original version and not the redux

There is absolutely nothing different from the original broadcast to the Farina version except who is doing the narration, and some longer re-enactment shots.

Thanks! What is the episode where the defense lawyer says something like “this is the first time a 3rd grader has been accused of murder”? It may have been a handicapped child/

I don't disagree, but I'm glad they have them up in some form at least. They used to have the full Tony Miller segment up, but have since removed it for reasons unknown.
