Speaking of loopy, I'm up at 5AM posting about cold pizza and pizza toppings! :crazy:I can't sleep, insomnia barely slept all night ! Thank God I have off from work today , I'd be a wreck !! Gonna try to see if I can sleep a little bit now! ;)

Speaking of misnamed things, why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway? :confused:

The World is full of non sleepers and insomnia persons, pretty pathetic and there is so so much one can do to get good restorative healing sleep. I found my Cure in about 1999 and get a good 8-10 hrs nightly.

If anyone wants to hear what I do, just say so, but since the group isn't into health support I probably won't hear from any one here.
