I’m cable, some apps, and a TV with a converter box for some overflow sporting events.
Also watch certain DVD’s with some frequency, and various VHS’s are still scattered around, but barely watched anymore.

I watch TV shows and films from going to Google and typing "Watch Series Online Free" and there are several websites that have whatever I want to watch, although now there is ONLY network show I like which is Young Sheldon. NETFLIX this last week had a ten part series about the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer which I watched free the day it came out. These websites also have many older series from the 1970's and 1980's.
Then I watch Youtube. YouTube also has a lot of old TV series plus a million other different things. YouTube is a Godsend.

All the best shows are on digital antenna (and the resolution looks better than cable).
In L.A. my favorites MeTV, MeTV+, Decades, H & I are all broadcast at 720p HD. I Wish AntennaTV would get an upgrade.

Mine would be satellite (Dish Network). I also have a ton of DVDs. I have a Roku device but I barely use it. It's so much easier just to flip through the channels. I use Roku for Days of our Lives now that it's on Peacock which I have. I had the WWE Network then it switched to Peacock for a cheaper price so I kept it. I also have Disney Plus and I have Amazon Prime. But I just got Prime because of the free shipping. :)

I have cable for TV watching but I mostly watch the news and occasional sporting events, I'm paying for a lot of channels that I never watch.
For watching favorite classic TV shows and movies I have a DVD and VHS collection. I don't do the streaming stuff.
Over the air/converter box and online streaming.
