On Maude, Carol was married to Philip's father before getting divorced. She went with the name Carol Traynor even after the divorce but I don't know what her maiden name was. Back to the OP, OP was actually talking about Brady Bunch, not Maude. Carol's maiden name is "Tyler." She married a man named "Martin" and then became "Brady" when she remarried.

LOL. I had Adrienne Barbeau on the mind, I guess! I pulled it up from the main screen and didn't notice BB came up.

Not correct. "Martin" was the last name of Carol's previous husband. Carol's maiden name is "TYLER."

Carol was "Carol Martin" until she remarried to Mike Brady. Before the husbands, she was "Carol Tyler."

In the pilot episode, Alice refers to Carol as “Mrs. Martin” and Mike calls Carol’s mother “Mrs. Tyler.”

Also, Oliver’s last name is never disclosed. Carol refers to his parents as “Jack and Pauline”. If Jack is her brother, then Oliver’s last name is Tyler. If Pauline is her sister then it’s not. Then, there’s also the slimmer chance that either Jack or Pauline is a sibling of Carol’s first husband.
