"The Brady Bunch" Stars make a Very Brady Reunion on Emmys 2022 Red Carpet

"The Brady Bunch" stars Barry Williams, Mike Lookinland, Susan Olsen, Christopher Knight, and Eve Plumb were spotted posing together for photographers at the 2022 Emmy red carpet on Monday night.

They were all featured in "Dragging the Classics: The Brady Bunch", a 2021 crossover event between "The Brady Bunch" and "RuPaul's Drag Race" that reenacted the episode "Will the Real Jan Brady Please Stand Up?"

"RuPaul's Drag Race" was nominated multiple times in various categories for Emmys this year.

I wonder why Maureen McCormick was not there.

According to Entertainment Lawyer (I know, I know) Maureen insists on getting paid triple everyone else to do reunion events and most of them, particularly Eve, don't get along with her. All of these blinds are about her:

March 2015:

Considering how long this show has been off the air it’s remarkable how much money this very large cast makes. They do well. Not spectacular, but considering almost all of them have done nothing since the show ended decades ago, that is pretty good. As time goes by, and opportunities start to slip, the cast likes to jump on all money making opportunities. That is fine if it is a solo thing, but more often than not, the person offering a job wants more than one of the cast. One of those is generally the star of this blind. She arguably had the most popular character on the show, but is in the top three as far as status since the show. That character though is what organizers want, so they give her a call. She loves the call and her only condition ever is that she be the only member of the cast to be there or they won’t get her. Recently she could have given a cast member a chance at a $250K payday. She told the producers that was a no go. She wanted to be the focus and they agreed. As recent as that was, there was something that happened in the past week where she managed to screw over the entire cast in one day. A big payday was in the offing. All the cast had to sign a contract and money would be flowing into their pockets. Our star though decided she wanted a better deal and is holding up the process until she gets triple what any other cast member receives. If she does not get her triple pay, then she won’t sign and no one will get paid. She loves doing that to her co-stars. She loves when they beg with her and plead with her and kiss her butt and buy her presents just to make sure she always signs. This time though, the remaining members of the cast are fighting back. It is a potentially big payday. Enough money to see them through several years and there will be a war if our star does not sign. They will throw every bit of dirt at her they can. The star doesn’t seem worried. As of a day or two ago, she was still holding out for triple. Always screwing them. One day at a time.

September 2016:

Showing how much her former co-stars dislike her still after all these years, this once in a lifetime actress invited all of them to a recent event and only one bothered to show up. (Only Florence Henderson showed up when she was on DWTS.)

November 2016:

Even in death there is feuding. This former B+ list mostly television actress who has made a living from the same role for over four decades is refusing to grant any interviews to networks or other media outlets that speak to any of her former cast members. Since everyone wants her interview they do it and freeze everyone else out.

July 2019:

This alliterate former teen actress who is still famous for an iconic role decades after the role ended, is getting paid nearly triple every other cast member for their current reunion efforts.

March 2020:

This back in the day alliterate teen actress from an iconic television show who has never been able to be thought of as anyone else, says the recent reunion has not changed anything with her long time co-star/nemesis. They still hate each other which is why they rarely shoot any scene together.

Maureen McCormick thinks she’s bigger than what she is. She’s only known for playing Marcia Brady, please.

Maureen did not participate in the special Dragging the Classics: The Brady Bunch and that probably had something to do with why she wasn't at the Emmy "reunion".

The other five were involved and they were there to honor the special as RuPaul's Drag Race was up for awards that year.
