1977 syndicated comedy series produced by Lear that switched the roles of men and women in society. The show was sold to 42 stations in the US and after the awful ratings Lear decided to stop production on the show. The show featured women in upper management positions and men working as secretaries. Some of the criticism of the show was that women came off as males and males came off as women.
