The first one we've talked about before, the second one is new to me, some guy arrested recently in Florida for mutilating animal corpses, and talking enthusiastically about school shootings.

What inspires a person to tattoo their face? Does it make the beholder an automatic "babe magnet" and I just haven't caught-on yet? Or should I interpret there to be significance in the correlation that most such pictures are mug shots, of people whose nose has been broken at least once?

Tattoos are disgusting!!

A tattoo on the face is too much. Famous rappers get such tattoos and it might fit their style. But I'll never understand why you would do that to your face.
