Starting Monday, October 3, COZI TV will be expanding their series catalog by adding new shows Bones, Las Vegas, and Monk to their weekly schedules. The new additions of Monk and Bones will air Monday through Friday between 2 PM and 8 PM ET and Las Vegas, a COZI TV exclusive series, will be airing seven days a week from 12 AM to 3 AM ET each morning (check local listings). To kick-off COZI TV's new programming, viewers can tune-in to a special marathon of Monk on Saturday, October 1 from 8 AM to 8 PM ET and on Saturday, October 8 for a marathon of Bones airing from 8AM to 8 PM ET. Both marathons will feature the first twelve episodes from their first seasons (check local listings).

Bones made its television series debut in 2005 on Fox and ran for more than a decade, ending after 12 seasons in 2017. The crime comedy-drama stars David Boreanaz, as FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth, and Emily Deschanel, as forensic anthropologist Temperance "Bones" Brennan. Las Vegas, originally debuting on NBC in 2003, ran for five seasons. The Montecito Casino and Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip is the backdrop of the hectic and fast lives of main characters Danny McCoy, played by Josh Duhamel, and his boss Ed Deline, played by James Caan. The show's cast features a variety of stars throughout its five seasons including Nikki Cox, James Lesure, Vanessa Marcil, Molly Sims, Marsha Thomason, and, later, Tom Selleck. Monk originally debuted in 2002 for eight seasons on USA Network. The series stars Tony Shalhoub as the lead character, Adrian Monk, a former San Francisco detective who now works as a private consultant for law enforcement while coping with his obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I'm surprised to see they're adding Bones. Definitely not one of my favorites, but it gives me hope that these digital channels will start making deals with Disney for their Fox stuff (Comet already has X-Files, Buffy, Firefly, etc. from Disney/20th Fox). I hope it's a good sign for other Fox dramas to come (it'd sure be nice if shows like St. Elsewhere and Lou Grant came to Cozi along with sitcoms like Room 222, Ghost and Mrs. Muir & Nanny and the Professor!) This also helps explain where Monk went when MeTV removed it (my guess is it wasn't doing any well anyway, I mean it was a show that literally started in 2002! WAY too new for MeTV!) so we'll see how it does on Cozi.

Does Cozi do crunched credits or do they let the credits play out? Just wondering.

I wonder what does it mean for Roseanne(Original), Frasier, Little House on a Prairie & Emergency?

I think some shows they play them and others they skip them altogether. At least they play them for the two shows I like on there, Amen and Gimme a Break. Unfortunately it looks like these new dramas will be replacing them in the afternoon.

I think those shows are ok. It seems like Amen, Gimme a Break and The Nanny may be taken off since these new shows will take over their timeslots. We'll see in the coming weeks when the schedule is out.

Firefly was just for their Labor Day marathon, and it’s not on the schedule.

Your local METV station was replaced with Comet.

I still have the local MeTV stations, but Comet replaced Court TV Mystery.

So Bones is going to air both on ION Mystery and Cozi TV beginning October 3rd. Gimme a Break moves to 4AM, by the way, which is a terrific timeslot for it.

Now if only they could add Coach and that to the graveyard hours…

…but, seriously, it is nice to see Cozi be one of the few diginets to add new shows.

I am blessed that I don't get Cozi TV since they are turning into TV Land2.

They haven't posted the official Fall schedule just yet but looking at the daily schedule starting on Oct 3rd. Little House on the Prairie, Amen, Roseanne and Will and Grace are off the schedule.

Quincy M.E. and Emergency! both get an additional hour in the morning/early afternoon timeslot. They cut down on the Nanny to make room for Las Vegas which airs during Midnight.

Blog post:

A few weeks ago COZI TV announced their new additions for Fall, now we have the rest of the lineup that will start Monday (Oct. 3). Much of the weekday afternoon lineup has changed due to Monk and Bones being added, and Las Vegas being added in late fringe. Amen is completely off the lineup, while Gimme a Break! is now just weekdays 4-5am. Also, 3rd Rock from the Sun will now air only 3-4am, but 7 days a week. Weeknight & Sunday night primetime sitcoms stay, with Frasier from 8-10pm, followed by an hour each of Roseanne and The Nanny. Due to all the changes, Little House on the Prairie is now only on Sundays, but from 11am-4pm leading into a block of The Munsters from 4pm-8pm. And finally, Saturday nights got more better with everyone's favorite detective Columbo, now airing from 8pm-12am.

Very disappointed they took off Amen and moved Gimme a Break to overnight only

Cozi would be a good channel to have Grace Under Fire on. And if they have a deal with Disney going (Bones), how about Empty Nest, Blossom, and Boy Meets World? It would also be nice to see them get Coach, but only so I wouldn’t have to be worried about Antenna trashing up their schedule with it again. They can push it to the wayside ala Gimme a Break. Also MTM shows not currently aired like St. Elsewhere would be a nice addition to their lineup.

I'm guessing they didn't do well in the ratings.

I hope MeTV picks up The Six Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman. Would fit well on Super Sci-Fi Saturday Night.

Would be nice if they could also get the Golden Girls. I’m surprised it hasn’t shown up on any diginet yet.
