After the release of All Dogs Go To Heaven in 1989 a sequel followed called All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 that was released in the 90's and was a moderate hit when it was released in theaters. All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 centered on Charlie B. Barkin and his bestie Ichy as they reunite on a new adventure this time searching the streets of San Francisco for Gabriel's horn and meet a young boy named David who wants to find a new family and Charlie even gets a new crush named Sasha. Though many people were disappointed with All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 because many of the celebrity voice talent from All Dogs Go To Heaven were absent Charlie Sheen was awesome as Charlie's voice and you can see why they chose Charlie Sheen to replace Burt Reynolds as Charlie B. Barkin's voice was because Charlie Sheen and his character shared the same name "LOL" But singer Sheena Easton was perfect as the voice for Sasha because Sheena really brought Sasha to life and Sheena Easton could've become famous as a cartoon voice actress. But it's a great movie to see time and time again. But why they bothered to do An All Dogs Christmas Carol is beyond me because I think Don Bluth had high hopes in making All Dogs Go To Heaven into a franchise movie series and this sequel was gonna help along but I think had it gotten promoted more All Dogs Go To Heaven 2 would've performed better in theaters
