Madonna keeps serving titanic chart material, girl.

The global icon just shattered an American record on the Billboard 200 ranking, becoming the first woman in history to chart a top 10 album in the United States in the last five consecutive decades. The 64-year-old achieved the feat on the publication's current chart after her new remix album 'Finally Enough Love' debuted at No. 8 on the list with 30,000 units moved. She previously notched top 10 albums in the '80s, '90s, '00s, and '10s, with 'Finally Enough Love' marking the first time the singer-songwriter climbed to the position this decade.

Barbra Streisand notched six No. 1 albums between the 1960s and the 2010s, though Madonna is the first artist to chart top 10 albums in every decade since the 1980s.

Madonna is the first woman to have reached the milestone since the '80s, with the other nine acts all being solo male acts or groups containing men, per Billboard.

Since she made her debut in 1982 with her self-titled album many people thought Madonna would become a one hit wonder and be forgotten about upon her 1982 debut. But boy, the critics were wrong as Madonna scored hit after hit from her 1982 debut with her very first single Everybody. But when her Like A Virgin album came it was indeed the album that made her a household name and like the previous album it scored hit after hit and Madonna was happy with her fame but when she made her mark with True Blue in 1986 it was indeed the successful album that saw that she was truly a huge celebrity even starring in Who's That Girl in 1987 proved that she would make her mark in movies as well as proven in Desperately Seeking Susan and the flop movie Shanghai Surprise. But after the Like A Prayer album was released in 1989 Madonna was on a roll. And now that Madonna has shattered a Billboard Record with her newest album it goes to show that Madonna still has staying power and for a woman at 64 she's proven that she isn't ready to retire yet but will continue to score hit after hit as time goes by

How can you "shatter" a record that someone else has already surpassed?

Another example of today's uneducated 'journalist' morons.
