Here's a look at Sarah Chalke's hair as it grew longer on Scrubs. I've selected some very nice looks after "combing" through lots of photos. Sarah is a beautiful woman and it was a real pleasure.

Here we see Sarah's bright-blonde, short look early on in the
series. She looks very young at this point, a cutie:

Here comes some length. Sarah has a prominent part in her
lovely hair, now darker, and the hair frames her face nicely. The
former bangs have grown and she will not return to wearing them:

Some layering is evident here. Sarah continues her transition
from medium-length to longer. The color is great. She is so lovely:

Sarah is now wearing quite long hair in a tousled style
comparable to how she went on to wear it. Her
appearance changed greatly from first season to last,
but this pretty lady has always looked fantastic:
