I remember watching this show about 15 years ago when it was broadcast around 11pm on Fox on weeknights. There was a particular episode I remember Maya saying something along the words of "If you can't find a reason to forgive someone other than the fact that you want them in your life, than that's as good a reason as any." Anyone remember which episode this was?

I thought for sure it was season 5 episode 8 where Finch yells at Jack and Jack exiles him to a terrible office but it's not that episode.
