when I woke up this morning. A friend called me at 9AM and wished me H-B and said "oh I forgot it's today"...she's bringing some good foods from Trader Joe's today for birthday snacking.
The years say I'm Old, but I'm Well overall except for damaged bode from
hip surgery....same ole story.

Hey you "kids" thanks for the wishes...It's good to still be breathing I think.
Yesterday was simple, tasted a new food from Trader Joe and today, very soon
an old work buddy from Hitachi is coming to visit and bringing Veggie Grille Reuben sandwich, I have not seen him in 15 yrs I believe...he's in town on business...from San Jose. Small pleasures are BIG. Thanks again.
A highlight of the visit was the fact that my friend liked my artwork and was happy to take a painting with him back to this house, I'm giving my works to those who like it, this was my best gift to me, the gift to him.
