I am seeking as much information on the "magic rock" episode of UM.

I have questions regarding this
1. What are the exact GPS coordinates of the rock? Is a 4x4 required to get to the location?
2. Is it on public or private land
3. Have the claims of the rock ever been scientifically investigated by Geologists or Mineralogists?
4. Do we know if the family involved have still enjoyed good fortune to this day? Are the businesses still flourishing?

3. Not really sure how it could be scientifically investigated. Basically the story was an irrational/anecdotal piece of fluff. What would you do? Send 100 people there to grope a rock & then ask them if their life got better over the next few months? Hardly scientific.

Yes I guess you are correct.
Was the rock shown in the segment the real rock or a recreation? Was the writing on it accurate to what is actually there? I wonder if there is a link to the Peralta runestones

I believe in the magic rock but unfortunately there are skeptics who don’t because it doesn’t fit with their preconceived beliefs. Not everything can be explained “rationally” or with science.

The funny thing is, many of these skeptics claim to believe in God! 😅😅😅

You seem to believe in everything.

1.Can’t imagine how anyone online would know the GPS coordinates. If I remember correctly the kids just wandered into the location.

2. Public, most likely.

3. We don’t even know if the rock actually exists. I doubt many geologists would find it important enough to investigate.

4.Good question. Maybe there is some online trail that could be investigated.

Yes, it can. It's just a matter of whether or not the scientific knowledge has advanced enough.

I tried finding the general location but couldn't find anything other than this thread which has someone claiming to be one of the two boys who originally found the rock.

No it can’t. Not everything can be explained by science. There is magic in this world that exists beyond the boundaries of what we call science. It’s what allows ghosts to exist and Bigfoot creatures to travel between dimensions, not to mention the Bermuda Triangle, miracles, etc. Only aliens can be explained by science because they are creatures similar to our biology who just happen to live on other planets than Earth.

We know magic exists because of the existence of trolls as well.

Well , The people I had been in contact with seem to no longer be interested in researching the "rock'. I wonder if History Channel would be interested given their work on Lost Dutchman Mine and the like

I'm more interested in the unsolved mystery of why a couple that owned three businesses in a mall couldn't get a mortgage for a home in the 80s.
