I was trying to think of other places for a sequel neighborhood. Besides the aforementioned MacArthur Park, I have

- 52nd St. (Billy Joel)
- Strawberry Fields (Beatles) (ever hear of them?)
- Sugar Mountain (Neil Young)
- Terrapin Station (Grateful Dead)

Any other suggestions for the new neighborhood?
