After watching the first two episodes of season 6, I noticed how Frances Bavier had lost quite a bit of weight. She looked really nice. The show was even dressing her nicer but that could have been because the show is now in color.

Just got through watching all of S6. Without Barney, then Warren there are a lot more Aunt Bee themed episodes. I didn't notice, but she might have lost weight. Frances Bavier was truly a gifted comedic actress if given the right scripts to work with.

I was glad Aunt Bee got to shine in the color years. Frances was rewarded with an Emmy win.

And she finally got acknowledged in the opening credits starting with season 6.

It was nice to see her name in the opening credits. Well deserved.
