It was well worth the money. I got it for $39.99 at Sam Goody. The 2nd season has 22 episodes where as the 1st season only had 13. There are also more extra features on the 2nd season DVD. There are some Butterfinger commercials featuring The Simpsons and there is also the music video for Bart Simpsons "Deep Deep Trouble." If you don't have the 1st season yet I would recommend getting it too, but the 2nd season is definately a better deal.

I was considering buying the second season since it has a lot of my favourite episodes in. My brother already has the first season boxset but I don't think the episodes are as good.

I bought the second season and I liked it. I think it is better then the first season DVD.

The first season and latest 2 are the worst seasons of the show.

That's totally not true- they were much better than the new episodes now.

I know, but the first season wasn't that funny either, it just didn't have the charm it did in season(s) 2-9.
